BSNL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Punjab Telecom Circle proposed to engage Technician Apprentices (Diploma holders) or Sandwich course (students from degree institution field for apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961. As per the notification, the BSNL is going to fill 24 vacancies for the candidates who are looking for Central Government jobs. Pass out of Diploma or equivalent in engineering / technology streams or sandwich course (students studying degree level courses in sandwich programme of Engineering/Technology) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Information Technology/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics stream, recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 1 st April, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria for BSNL Apprentice Post
  1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. 
  2. The candidate must have passed their Diploma or equivalent in eng inee ring /techno logy strea ms or sandwich course (students studying degree level courses in sandwich programme of engineering/technology) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Information Technology/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics stream, recognized byAICTE or GOI on or after 1 st April, 2020. 
  3. Age Limit- Maximum age of the candidate should be 25 years or less as on 9 th March, 2022.
  4. Upper age relaxation shall be 5 years for Scheduled Caste and 3 years for Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer).
  5. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship and/or having oneyear or more experience are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit :
  • Maximum age of the candidate should be 25 years or less as on 9 th March, 2022.
Selection Process
  • The candidate can apply to any Business Area of Punjab Telecom Circle as shown in Table A. However, preference for selection will be given to the candidate residing in concerned associated Business Area/ Districts coming under that Business Area (BA). 
  • The selection criteria will be based on the merit of final %age of marks/ CGPA obtained by the candidate in Diploma or equivalent or in sandwich course. 
  • The shortlisted candidates will be informed through email for document verification & joining if selected b y concerned BAs for which the candidate has applied.
How To Apply ?
  • Eligible and Interested candidate can apply through BOAT’s Govt. Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) to the BSNL Business Areas as Listed in Table A above on or before 9 th March, 2022. The application received after last date will not be considered. For any queries candidate can email to the concerned BA on e-mail id given in Table-A.
