Deputy Manager - Business Development :
- IRMA is looking for an ambitious team player with a minimum of five years of experience in marketing/fundraising or/and in managing of MDPs/EDPs at academic institutions/Corporate/B2B. The incumbent should be an MBA with specialization in Marketing or a Masters’ Degree in Public Relations and Communications from a reputed University /Institution. The incumbent should have a fair taste for dealing with people and a good command of spoken and written English.
Junior Executive (Front Desk Office) :
- The incumbent should hold a Graduate degree in any stream with at least 55% of marks. Work experience in a relevant area is desirable. The incumbent should have very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and equally good interpersonal skills. Exposure to the rural sector will be an advantage. Skill in computer-based processing in MS Office, and website management is desirable.
Junior Officer (Communication) :
- The incumbent should hold a master’s degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communications & Journalism/ English language/ Rural Management with at least 55% marks in qualifying exams. Work experience in Public Relations and Communications is desirable. The incumbent should have excellent organizational skills, communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal and good interpersonal skills. Exposure to the rural sector will be an advantage. Skill in computer-based processing in MS Office, image, and video editing and, website management is desirable.
Officer (Associate Editor) :
- The incumbent should have a master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or allied fields with at least three years of experience, preferably in a reputed academic Institute. Applicant must have demonstrated acumen for writing, excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A sound understanding of publishing procedures, technical and non-technical writing is a must for a successful applicant.
Age Limit :
Deputy Manager - Business Development
- The Incumbent age should be preferably around 35 to 45 years
Junior Executive (Front Desk Office)
- The Incumbent age should be preferably around 25 to 30 years.
Junior Officer (Communication)
- The Incumbent age should be preferably around 25 to 30 years
Officer (Associate Editor)
- The Incumbent age should be preferably around 35 to 40 years.
Salary :
Deputy Manager - Business Development
- The appointment will be made purely on a three-year contract with a consolidated remuneration between Rs.32,000/- to Rs.37,000/- per month.
Junior Executive (Front Desk Office)
- The appointment will be made purely on a three-year contract with a consolidated remuneration between Rs.18,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month.
Junior Officer (Communication)
- The appointment will be made purely on a three-year contract with a consolidated remuneration between Rs.30,000/- to Rs.35,000/- per month
Officer (Associate Editor)
- The appointment will be made purely on a three-year contract with a consolidated remuneration between Rs.32,000/- to Rs.37,000/- per month.
Selection Process :
- Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
