Education Qualification : 

Assistant Professor :
  • A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a concerd/relevant/allied subject from an indian university, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university

Lab Assistant :
  • Bechelor Degree in Relevant Subject. However Post Graduate Degree holder will be preferable. 
Architecture :

1. Assistant Professor :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B.Arch. With minimum 60 percent marks and three years of relevant professional experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivqlent to B.Arch and Master’s degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 percent marks and three years of relevant professional experience.
2. Associate Professor :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivqlent to B.Arch and Master’s degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 percent marks at either level,and Eight years experience in teaching/research/professional work out of which a full time teaching experience of minimum three years. OR Thirteen years of professionals experience.
3. Professor :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivqlent to B.Arch and Master’s degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 percent marks at either level,and Fourteen years experience in teaching/research/professional work out of which a full time teaching experience of minimum five years. OR Nineteen years of professionals experience. Desirable Ph.D in Architecture. 
4. Structural Engineer :
  • Candidate should have the minimum qualifications of B.E Civil and / or Master’s level with at least 60 per cent. marks at either level.The equivalent qualification shall mean any such qualification as recognized by the Council for registration as an Architect under section 25 of the Architects Act.1972.
5. Artist :
  • Diploma in applied Arts (Fine Arts) - five years course and three years experience in Fine Arts college or in Architect college. 
Hospital Management Diploma in Health & Sanitary Inspector :

1. Assistant professor :
  • Post-Graduate in Hospital/Healthcare Management (MHM/MHA) with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed) from any reputed University or Institution recognized by the UGC.
Or
  • Post-Graduate Degree in Nursing (M. Sc. Nursing) with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a pointscale, wherever the grading system is followed) from any reputed University or Institution recognized by the UGC
2. Training Officer :
  • Graduate In Nursing /Social Work/Environment Science with Certificate Course/ Diploma / Post- Graduate Diploma in Health and Sanitary Inspector
3. Tutor :
  • Graduate in Nursing (B. Sc. Nursing)/B.D.S./B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S./Bachelor in Hospital/Health Administration (BHA/BHM)
